CCH Development is a privately held residential development firm operating as Kendall Court Holdings LLC, the development arm of Cando Corp Holdings. Since 2018, we have been acquiring, renovating, and delivering homes across Philadelphia and the Tri-State area — one project at a time, with no outside investors telling us how to cut corners.

We started because we saw how Philadelphia homes were being treated: flipped fast, finished cheap, and sold to families who deserved better. Our standard is simple — every property we touch gets built the way we would want it built for our own family. That means real materials, real craftsmanship, and a finish that holds up.

Twelve completed projects later, that standard hasn't changed. Neither has our approach: source locally, manage in-house, stay disciplined on the numbers, and stand behind the work. We are not the biggest developer in the city. We are one of the most careful.
